DETAILED DESCRIPTION
This is a clock driver powered by an ESP8266. The code (not yet on github) will synchronize to NTP and drive the clock impulse coil in either a unipolar mode or a bipolar mode at either a low voltage (1V) or high voltage (up to 30V). It runs off a 5 Volt supply delivered over a micro USB connection. To deal with power failures, there is a backup battery that can run the clock for a while. When the battery voltage drops too far, then the clock is stopped in an orderly manner.
Most of the parts come from Aliexpress. The board is designed to fit into a generic metal case -- the board is 60mm x 75mm.
